LSO: Lumbar Support Orthoses
The anterior overlap offers tremendous adjustability without compromising the integrity of the intended function. This method of treatment is customarily chosen in most cases where low back pain is present.
This particular design provides the maximum degree of control with comprehensive adjustability due to volume changes. This style allows for ease of donning and doffing and quite often is used in post-operative situations.
The patented Flex Foam™ design combines the rigidity of a traditional orthosis with the comfort level of a soft body jacket. It has a removable exterior frame which can be trimmed on site to improve anterior, lateral, and posterior rotational control.
This rigid posterior, corset front anterior orthosis, is an option for patients who cannot tolerate abdominal pressure. The soft corset front features extensive adjustability for ease of donning and patient comfort.
TLSO: Thoracic + Lumbar Support Orthoses
This high profile overlap orthosis allows tremendous adjustability while maintaining the integrity of the intended function. The high profile style controls spinal pathologies in the lumbar and thoracic regions.
The Bi-valve TLSO is an extremely versatile spinal orthosis. Utilized for numerous spinal indications, it allows maximum adjustability while maintaining an intimate and comfortable fit.
Designed for your patients that cannot tolerate a rigid orthosis. The Flex Foam™ offers a softer inner layer of foam for the relief of bony prominences combined with a dense outer foam.
This rigid posterior, corset front anterior orthosis, is an option for patients who cannot tolerate abdominal pressure. The soft corset front features extensive adjustability for ease of donning and patient comfort.
Scoliosis: Scoliosis Support Orthoses
This module relies on a series of pressures and void areas to exert corrective forces on the spinal column. This is a full-time bracing system for the treatment of idiopathic scoliosis.
This low profile module with an anterior Milwaukee bar and aluminum posterior reinforcements, create a highly adjustable orthosis. Patient clothing can mask this orthosis thus increasing compliance for daytime wear.
Certainly a viable option for managing kyphosis. The superstructure is available in low or high profile neck ring. The floating kyphosis pad is adjustable and lends to the desired level of active correction for the patient.
By combining precise grid coordinates of the patented measuring board, (picture inset), and utilization of a CAD CAM system we can effectively establish consistent modification strategies.
Hip: Hip Support Orthoses
The static hip orthosis is predominantly utilized in cases where complete immobilization of the hip joint or lower spine is indicated.
This particular design features the module with a hip joint and thigh attachment. This style allows for greater adjustability while limiting motion. Your choice of hip joint provides the functions needed for each individual case.
